....एक साक्षात्कारी अनुभूति ...

I started coming for the Aarti at Sadguru Anandyogeshwar's Paduka Sthan since 5th June 2005. Frankly speaking, I never got the opportunity of seeing Sadguru Bhau Maharaj in my life. But after I started coming here, it seemed to me like I knew this Holy Satpurush since many births. When ever I would do his Naamsmaran, I would always forget myself and get engrossed in the 'Naam' of Sadguru. During the '75 Naamsmaran Sankalp', my faith and intensity towards this 'Naam' increased even more.

At that time, I was staying in a rental flat at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. I was wishing for owning a good flat at Bangur Nagar itself. I had prayed to Sadguru Bhau Maharaj for the same and I started looking out for a flat from December 2005.

Since I was working for State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur at Bangur Nagar, I kept telling many of the bank customers to inform me if they come across any flat which is for sale. Then one fine day, a customer informed me that there was a flat at Krishna Leela Society (a well known society), which was owned by Shri. G. Dhanuka, I saw the flat, which was one BHK and well furnished. But the cost was 23 lacs. I liked the flat at a glance; but felt it was beyond our budget and also the cost was on the higher side.

I dropped the idea of buying this flat after consultation with my husband. In the meanwhile, I saw 3 more flats. Therafter, I came to know of a flat which was for 20 lacs. The building was old and there were cracks on the walls of the flat. But since the people staying in the building said that, there is a chance of redevelopment of the building, we decided that we will go for this and settle the rate between 18 to 19 lacs. I called up the owner and started bargaining for 18 lacs. He said 19.5 lacs. On that, I replied that let there be a meeting. But after the meeting was fixed, he didn't turn up and I realized that he is avoiding me; as he must have got another customer.

I was depressed thinking, again I have to start afresh. On 29th January, I approached one bank customer, named Mr. Agarwal, telling him the whole story. Surprisingly, he knew about the flat and the flat owner of Krishna Leela Society; which I had liked at a glance. He instantly said that "Whatever happens is for the good. Let us go and talk to Mr. Dhanuka right now." At that time, I had neither token money nor cheque book with me. Like a father he took me to Mr. Dhanuka's house and pleaded him for reducing the cost of the flat and fixed it at Rs. 21.25 lacs in just 15 minutes. It was finalised that, the amount had to be paid in 15 days. The amount was quite large and how to meet this out was a problem in front of us.

But when you have the Divine grace and blessings of Sadguru Anandyogeshwar Nilkanth Maharaj, everything is possible. During this time itself, Public Housing Loan Festival Bonanza Scheme was going on in our bank; which was up to 28th February 2006. In that scheme, the rate of Housing Loan interest was slashed from 9.25% to 8%. My application for the loan, was the first one to be sanctioned under this scheme; where even the processing fees of 0.5% was waived.

The loan was sanctioned in just 6 days and the transaction was over. I got the keys of the flat. My happiness knew no bounds as I had always wished for a beautifully furnished flat and got it through the grace of Sadguru Bhau Maharaj. I pray to him that his blessings be there always on me and my family.
